Hey everyone. I know people have been discussing the esources complaints and I thought you would like to hear from someone who actually uses the website for business. Like other online users I pay close attention to the words “scam” and “fraud” but as an actual user I have to say those words do not apply to esources.
I find it sad that people would spend their God given time to write negative comments about another business, especially one they obviously have never used. How long have I used esources? Eight months. My business is in clothing and footwear and I only accept high quality from suppliers. When I first started, I ran into wall after wall trying to find a reputable supplier that would even just send me a sample. Now, with the list from esources I have options on dropshippers and distributors that want my order.
The customer service for esources is excellent too. Sure they have their busy moments, but isn’t that a sign that they are a good business? Esources complaints certainly are not about the customer service. How can you complain about receiving an email in a timely fashion? Or actually being able to speak with a person on the telephone? What is there to cry about?
I sent an email to esources customer service department telling them of all the esources complaints I had seen recently. They told me that their competitors are spreading the bad rumors about them. How awful! That’s why I feel the need to clear the air. People take what they read online as truth and fact, but you have to do research first. Look into this post if you need to, I don’t mind because I have nothing to hide. Skip over the esources complaints and try the service yourself.
